Beschreibung

• Support sales growth by working closely with the Americas NEM and Lab team in support of EXFO's high-speed test solutions • Represent EXFO as a high-speed transmission technology expert onsite and at industry events • Provide pre-sales support to the NEM and Lab customer base through online or onsite demonstrations, presentations, evaluation support, and technical reviews • Support trade shows, conferences, and customer demonstrations focused on technical product applications • Participate in field evaluations to ensure customers are properly trained and tutored on EXFO testing solutions • Work closely with the Business Unit and Marketing to deliver up-to-date product information to the market • Provide the Business Unit with competitive information and new feature requests received from the field

🎯 Anforderungen

• Location preference is for the Western region of the United States, but other locations may be considered based on candidate strength • Solid knowledge in high-speed transmission testing, including switches, transceivers, CPO, and NPO technology • Well versed in communications technologies, including high-speed transceivers, CPO, and NPO • Familiarity with testing and characterization of optical and high-speed components using bit-error rate test equipment, optical and electrical scopes, and tools verifying Ethernet, OTN, Fibre Channel, and other protocols • Experience with optical layer testing (OSA, OTDR, VOA, etc.) is a plus • Technical aptitude to understand customer use cases and position EXFO solutions • Self-starter able to communicate and interact with people at all levels • Autonomous, well organized, results-oriented, and able to meet deadlines • Leadership qualities and good interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills • Minimum three years' experience with high-speed communications test equipment or equivalent • English written and verbal • Degree in Telecommunications, Optics, Engineering, or equivalent • Approximately 25%-50% travel required
