Beschreibung

• Translate requirements into end-to-end Enterprise Security solution designs, including system interactions, data flows, and integration points • Produce and maintain architecture artifacts such as diagrams, data flows, interface definitions, and technology selections • Determine whether initiatives meet ARB entry criteria and prepare required review inputs • Perform architecture impact assessments across IT, OT, data, and security domains • Define and validate solution design options, including build-versus-buy, pattern selection, and integration approaches • Document trade-offs to support architecture decisions • Review designs for alignment with approved patterns and reference architectures • Partner with engineering and delivery teams to clarify design intent, resolve design issues, and ensure correct implementation • Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, sequencing, and integration points • Embed security, compliance, and infrastructure requirements into designs, including GxP, identity, data protection, and connectivity • Support release readiness by validating architecture dependencies, risks, and constraints before deployment • Document and track architecture risks, exceptions, and technical debt, including mitigation or remediation plans • Own architecture input and design quality within the Enterprise Security domain • Support solution architecture and ARB decision-making • Interface with Solution Architecture Lead, Enterprise Architecture, and delivery teams while aligning with enterprise standards • Support FUJIFILM Biotechnologies sites globally

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 8+ years of experience in enterprise security-specific architecture or engineering • Experience translating requirements into solution designs and architecture artifacts • Experience working across multiple teams and domains, including cyber, infrastructure, and data • Familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework where applicable • Strongly preferred knowledge of NIS2/GDPR security frameworks • Preferred experience in regulated environments such as GxP and ISO 27001 • Preferred cybersecurity certifications: SABSA and CISSP • Strong expertise in enterprise security technologies and architecture • Ability to design and document end-to-end solutions and integrations • Understanding of cross-domain dependencies across IT, OT, security, and data • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to articulate trade-offs and risk • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination in global, cross-functional environments • Ability to coordinate across time zones and engage occasionally outside normal hours
