Beschreibung

• Provide technical expertise on a broad range of security solutions • Act as a technical liaison between the FSG sales team and customer technical stakeholders • Support pre-sales campaigns by scoping, defining, and developing strategies or campaigns with account managers • Connect customer technical stakeholders with internal engineering teams • Identify security opportunities and work with Sales to drive them to completion • Develop technical/reference architectures and collateral • Build relationships with technical stakeholders and manufacturer partners • Conduct architecture chalk talks, design concepts, product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations • Prepare systems architecture documentation, support guidelines, system metrics, and project information plans • Set up proof-of-concept labs for emerging technologies and hardware configurations • Design hybrid, multicloud, and AI security strategies and solutions • Engage engineering teams on opportunities and issue resolution; provide updates to account managers and engineering • Document sold products in major accounts • Assist with project proposal requirements, diagrams, and services proposals • Escalate resource or fulfillment concerns to management and engineering • Coordinate implementations with customers and internal engineering teams • Ensure customer satisfaction through communication and support • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum of 10 years of relevant security experience within a technology environment • Prior experience working in the industry, VAR or Systems Integrator designing technology solutions for Fortune 500 companies preferred • Understanding of security solutions and technologies including Crowdstrike, Wiz, Zscaler, Snyk, Palo Alto Networks, Proofpoint, Qualys, Tines, and Tanium • Experience developing high-level architecture and technology designs and solutions supporting client security, security operations, and automation • Knowledge of Next Generation Firewalls, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Web Security Gateway, Advanced Malware Defense, Email Security, DevSecOps, Threat Protection, Application Security, Secure SDLC, SOC, Observability and Monitoring, Multi-Factor Authentication, AI for Security, Security for AI, API Gateways, and NHI • NIST, CISSP, CEH, CISM or other relevant industry certifications preferred • Excellent understanding of enterprise IT operations and business challenges • Experience leveraging automation to drive operational efficiencies and improve risk posture • Proven success in technical solution selling • Strong financial and business acumen • Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills for technical issues, training sessions, and demos to C-level executives and non-technical audiences • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Ability to approach customer and sales requests proactively and consultatively • Comfortable managing multiple changing priorities and meeting deadlines • Motivated self-starter comfortable working directly with customers
