Beschreibung

• Set the squad's technical vision, roadmap, and priorities with engineering leadership • Design the end-to-end automation platform for package creation, test generation, and image building • Own scalable technical decisions • Develop LLM-integrated, agentic pipelines for manifest generation, test scaffolding, and validation • Design prompt architectures, evaluation loops, and quality gates • Build production Go CLI tools, services, and integrations • Develop test generators, validation frameworks, and quality gates • Mentor less experienced teammates and raise engineering quality • Collaborate with distributed teammates across US, Canada, EU, and India time zones

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of software engineering experience designing and building complex systems • Strong Go expertise • Experience with AI/LLM integration for code generation, automation, or developer tooling • Exposure to agentic workflows is a strong plus • Ability to design loosely-coupled, scalable systems and make pragmatic trade-offs • Experience building developer tools, CLIs, or automation platforms • Deep Linux and build systems knowledge • Experience with package managers such as apk, apt, and rpm • Experience with build tools such as Make, Bazel, and language-specific toolchains • Containerization experience • Expertise with Docker, OCI, container registries, and Kubernetes • Ability to influence roadmap and priorities • Ability to write clear technical documents, work autonomously, and collaborate across teams and time zones • Based in the US or Canada
