Beschreibung

• Define and evolve a long-term OMS strategy and roadmap across Lineup and FatTail • Prioritize customer commitments, competitive differentiation, and platform/data unification • Collaborate with product leaders to define and deliver a unified platform vision across four brands • Present product vision and roadmap directly to prospects and clients • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to improve win rates, adoption, and renewals • Build a strong network across media and publishing • Translate customer and market insights into product decisions • Lead and grow a team of product managers and leaders • Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, hiring, and development plans • Coach product managers into strong functional leaders • Work with engineering, design, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver adopted products • Champion platform thinking to enable cross-sell and deepen customer value • Represent OMS product strategy to the executive team and, where relevant, the Board

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years in product management • 5+ years in a senior product leadership role (VP, SVP, or equivalent) in B2B SaaS focused on the Media or Ad Tech industry • Direct Ad Tech experience is required, ideally with an OMS or adjacent systems (e.g., Google Ad Manager, ad servers, DMPs/CDPs, or similar sell-side ad tech) • Track record of delivering innovative, differentiated products, including AI-driven features or workflows • Commercial involvement, including presenting roadmap and vision directly to prospects and customers • Experience in enterprise or upper-mid-market B2B settings, ideally within media, publishing, or adjacent verticals • Experience building, managing, and growing teams of product managers
