Beschreibung

• Execute and close sales calls for assigned store accounts to achieve and exceed target sales goals • Manage timely execution of sales programs and initiatives to maximize sales and profitability • Grow base business and expand Chobani distribution across grocery platforms and accounts • Sell in promotional programs and ensure customer compliance • Identify opportunities to increase sales, space, share of shelf, and account productivity • Maintain appropriate product inventory levels and company merchandising standards • Report customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential products or services internally • Transport, replace, and maintain point-of-sale advertising • Merchandise Chobani products to support displays, case goals, void closures, and out-of-stock mitigation • Represent Chobani at shelf, educate consumers on Chobani benefits and brands, and convert consumers from competitors • Support in-store demonstrations to drive household penetration and brand awareness

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or years of experience in combination with education • 3+ years of consumer products industry experience • Strong selling skills and ability to influence store or ownership personnel through fact-based data selling • Self-motivated and able to work independently within a large market • Ability to multitask across a large number of stores • Effective time-management and scheduling skills • Ability to balance multiple projects, plan ahead, and optimize in-store and post-call time • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to convey market insights and conditions to management • Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for food • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate cross-functionally and through all levels of management • Ability to periodically lift, bend, reach, and kneel • Willingness to work occasional weekends • Must have a personal vehicle and excellent driving record for use during work hours
