Beschreibung

• Execute the CoinOut app release roadmap across iOS and Android in multiple countries • Serve as primary point of contact for internal developers and backend engineering teams • Attend scrum and sprint ceremonies and track stories, timelines, and dependencies • Conduct final QA, validate build readiness, and sign off on app releases and store deployments • Identify app functionality enhancements and collaborate with Product Management to scope requirements • Lead UX redesign and rebranding initiatives with design, branding, and product teams • Monitor panel health, lifecycle metrics, panelist experience, and daily data collection performance • Escalate anomalies, participation declines, and issues affecting data quality or volume • Coordinate panelist communications for outages, major releases, and operational events • Run monthly panel projection models for forecasting and operational planning • Resolve app issues, data-collection disruptions, user-reported problems, ingestion issues, and system-level issues • Manage operational communication across engineering, QA, analytics, engagement, marketing, and customer support • Manage CoinOut’s operational P&L, tracking costs, variances, and efficiency opportunities by country • Coordinate implementation of CoinOut incentive and monetization plans • Produce monthly KPI reports covering app performance, panel activity, and data-quality metrics • Benchmark CoinOut against competitive apps and provide UX, feature, and market-positioning recommendations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4–8 years of experience in mobile app project management, product operations, or digital program management • Strong understanding of agile development practices and mobile app release processes • Experience working with external development agencies and cross-functional internal teams • Comfort with technical systems, data flows, and issue triage across engineering and operations • Proven ability to manage KPIs, operational reporting, and budgeting/P&L tracking • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Bachelor’s degree required; technical or business field preferred • Ability to execute mobile app releases across iOS and Android • Experience with QA, app-store deployments, panel health, data collection, forecasting, and competitive benchmarking
