Beschreibung

• Implement the long-term upstream sales strategy in assigned territories through insulation technical leadership and driving product specification and penetration • Establish a customer base of mechanical engineers, specifiers, owners, and key stakeholders to develop opportunities and capture market share in commercial refrigeration • Target supermarket chains and other key drivers of refrigerated business • Become an insulation technical expert for users throughout assigned territories, advising on system performance and Code compliance • Expand product knowledge, solution implementation, and market share within the commercial refrigeration market • Provide technical expertise on products, applications, Code, and related topics • Educate customers on Armacell offerings, highlights, and benefits through demonstrations and presentations • Translate market and customer needs into technical requirements for Marketing • Contribute competitive market intelligence on alternate materials and competitive activities • Conduct technical application training programs and certify contractors and supervisors on job sites • Attend project site visits to assist clients with project delivery, including training, demonstrations, advice, and guidance

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field or related field required • Minimum of 3–5 years of territory experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, or equipment industries; familiarity with refrigeration preferred • Expert knowledge of the bid/specification process for commercial, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and industrial markets • Ability to read mechanical drawings to identify applications and equipment for products • Ability to travel up to 65% • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform
