Beschreibung

• Serve as the CRM team's representative and liaison with all sales and marketing teams • Understand business needs and maintain ongoing communication • Support development of the overall CRM strategy • Propose tailored relationship-marketing campaign plans • Apply creative data analysis and recommend solutions • Oversee execution of relationship-marketing campaign plans • Coordinate with content teams and internal stakeholders • Produce performance reports and measure campaign effectiveness

🎯 Anforderungen

• University degree in marketing, communications, or business intelligence (BI) strategy • Strong experience (5+ years) in customer relationship management (CRM) and email marketing • Deep knowledge of digital marketing and customer data • Analytical skills to review data reports • Ability to create detailed PPT summaries/presentations • Ability to work with remote teams • Experience managing multiple projects with variable schedules • Strong written and verbal communication in English and French
