Beschreibung

• Lead technically complex cybersecurity programs across the CISO organization • Partner with Engineering, Product, IT, Compliance, Customer Trust, Legal, Procurement, and go-to-market teams • Drive programs spanning security engineering, product and platform security, cloud and infrastructure security, identity and access management, vulnerability remediation, secure software development, AI-enabled workflows, compliance readiness, customer assurance, and security service delivery • Develop understanding of architectures, data flows, control design, telemetry, and engineering dependencies • Identify gaps, unblock decisions, and connect technical work to risk reduction and customer impact • Use metrics, dashboards, audit evidence, and stakeholder forums to surface material risks early • Keep globally distributed teams accountable • Launch security capabilities with runbooks, support handoffs, customer assurance inputs, and awareness or GTM coordination • Help ensure new capabilities land cleanly and operate at scale

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field • 4+ years of experience in technical program management, security program management, security engineering operations, or a related technical delivery role • 2+ years driving cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, enterprise software, compliance, audit readiness, or risk-reduction programs • 2+ years working with security domains including secure SDLC, vulnerability management, security operations, identity and access management, cloud security, product or platform security, and third-party risk • Knowledge of security controls and frameworks such as NIST, ISO, PCI, SOC 2, or FedRAMP • 1+ year working with architecture, data flows, control design, cloud or infrastructure dependencies, and solution tradeoffs • 2+ years driving cross-functional technical execution across product, engineering, security, compliance, and business stakeholders • Experience owning program metrics, dashboards, executive updates, and decision records • 1+ year using AI-enabled tools for analysis, documentation, reporting, or workflow automation • Awareness of AI risks including data leakage, prompt injection, third-party tooling, confidentiality, human review, and audibility • Preferred: experience supporting CISO, security operations, product security, GRC, cloud security, or enterprise technology organizations • Preferred: experience with architecture reviews, threat modeling, control implementation, detection engineering, incident readiness, large-scale remediation, or customer assurance • Preferred: experience managing security integrations with mergers and acquisitions • Preferred: experience supporting AI-enabled products, copilots, agents, AI-assisted engineering workflows, or internal automation • Preferred: familiarity with Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud Platform, Enterprise Security, SOAR, or Observability Cloud • Preferred: cybersecurity, cloud, or program management certification such as Security+, CISSP, CISM, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, AWS, Azure, or GCP certification
