Beschreibung

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables for concurrent technology and operational initiatives • Define project scope and success criteria with sponsors and manage change control • Coordinate cross-functional project teams, internal staff, and external vendors • Track task ownership, dependencies, and blockers and drive issues to resolution • Maintain project documentation, including charters, status reports, decision logs, and post-implementation reviews • Provide regular status reporting to leadership and translate technical detail into business impact • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and steering committee updates • Publish decisions and action items • Gather requirements, confirm priorities, and manage expectations regarding timelines and trade-offs • Support change management and end-user readiness, including training coordination and communication plans • Identify, document, manage, and escalate project risks, assumptions, and constraints with recommended options • Track project budgets, forecasts, and actuals with IT and Finance • Manage vendor and implementation-partner deliverables, statements of work, and timelines • Monitor resource capacity across projects and flag conflicts • Establish and improve project management practices, templates, and reporting standards • Apply AI tools to draft status updates, summarize meetings and documentation, analyze project data, and automate recurring tasks • Share effective AI practices and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort • Contribute to improving intake, prioritization, and portfolio visibility processes • Report to the Chief Operations and Information Officer • Collaborate with IT, program, operations, logistics, development, and finance teams • Manage implementation partners, consultants, and technology vendors • Interface with NGOs and healthcare providers on projects affecting shared systems and data exchange

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience working in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization • 5+ years of experience managing projects end to end, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder communication • At least 2 years managing technology or systems implementation projects • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities and shared resources • Experience leading technology or systems implementation projects, such as platform migrations, CRM or ERP rollouts, or integration work • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors without direct supervisory authority • Evidence of using AI tools in day-to-day work • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting status and risk to executive audiences • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • PMP certification preferred • Agile project management experience preferred, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative delivery • Hands-on Jira experience preferred, including boards, workflows, and reporting dashboards • Agile or Scrum credentials preferred, such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe • Experience with AWS cloud migration projects or Salesforce CRM implementations preferred • Experience building AI-assisted workflows or automations preferred • Experience with Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project, or comparable portfolio tools preferred • Experience managing projects with limited budgets and lean staffing preferred • Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical distribution, or international development sectors preferred • Project planning, scheduling, and dependency mapping • Scope definition, change control, budget tracking, and risk and issue management • Waterfall and Agile delivery methods • Jira and Confluence, or comparable work tracking and documentation platforms • Microsoft 365, including Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and Project • Dashboard and report building • Ability to facilitate meetings and drive decisions among stakeholders with competing priorities • Ability to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences and business needs for technical teams • Evidence of holding cross-functional teams accountable to deadlines without direct authority • Experience requiring independent judgement, with evidence of success • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English • Ability to regularly lift/move up to 5 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds • Ability to perform required standing, walking, sitting, reaching, handling, talking, hearing, and significant computer-related work • Regular domestic travel required
