Beschreibung

• Lead and project manage the customer onboarding experience • Drive internal teams to deliver products to customers on schedule and within scope • Manage onboarding, project planning, requirements gathering, resourcing, budgeting, change management, risk management, and project closure • Maintain ongoing delivery processes, timelines, risk mitigation, and client communications • Develop understanding of GridX product capabilities and technical integration processes to guide customers through delivery • Manage stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are scoped and delivered on time and within budget • Communicate project status to internal and external executives weekly or as needed • Set customer expectations according to project constraints, updates, and challenges • Own and evolve the project management function, including methodologies, automation techniques, and policies • Develop mitigation strategies and strategically drive projects while maintaining good faith with customers • Follow and develop standard project management methodologies and best practices

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of software product/project/client management experience with a track record of success delivering complex, cross-functional projects with large enterprise customers • Experience working on large, complex technology integration projects requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail and planning, and multi-channel communication requirements • Experience working with utility customers and/or in the energy industry • Strong project management experience in a fast-paced technology environment requiring adaptability and high-quality performance • Ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively • Experience implementing quality assurance processes to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions • Ability to work across time zones and with offshore teams in a dynamic start-up setting • Experience in management consulting or strategic account management, preferably with a software/technology company • Experience developing or implementing technology roadmaps and portfolios • Experience with energy efficiency and program implementation is highly desired • Experience working with a start-up • Interest in Clean Energy, Climate Change, Decarbonization, or Renewable Energy is a big plus • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) preferred • Eligible to work in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship
