Beschreibung

• Serve as a technical sales professional for the Cisco brand with customers and partners • Provide technical solutions addressing customer and partner business needs • Collaborate with account and connected sales teams on customer plans and customer success • Act as a trusted technical advisor to C-suite executives and other stakeholders • Lead multi-year strategic plans integrating Cisco’s portfolio, ecosystem, and partner network • Build portfolio knowledge and collaborate with engineering to shape future products • Develop cross-architecture solutions, roadmaps, and technical strategies • Conceive demand-generation and enablement imperatives • Steer tailored solution demonstrations to drive transformation and business objectives • Use competitive intelligence to drive market advantage • Lead technical sales engagements and move deals through the technical sales process • Design and present solutions based on customer or partner technical and business requirements • Lead virtual support teams of sales resources • Provide feedback to business entities and sales teams on strategic customer needs, opportunities, and competitive tactics • Shape SE, engineering, and leadership teams through knowledge-sharing and cross-functional strategies • Develop go-to-market market adaptation strategies • Drive revenue, competitor displacement, market-share growth, and new-customer acquisition

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of demonstrated ability in pre-sales engineering or a similar deep technical role • Healthcare experience • Demonstrable experience building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and partners • 5+ years of communication and presentation skills with internal partners or external customers • Experience in a thought leadership role, such as public speaking, technical blogs, or whitepapers • Solid understanding of Cisco’s portfolio • Must be authorized to work in the United States • This position does not provide sponsorship
