Beschreibung

• Design and develop high-quality software and bring features from technical design through delivery • Create technical design documentation and contribute to end-user documentation • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues during development and in production • Improve software development lifecycle practices and advance agile engineering best practices • Lead the design and delivery of security features • Develop production software and services using Golang and Python, including APIs and Flask or FastAPI services • Build and operate scalable cloud-native applications and infrastructure using Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, and Terraform • Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Redis to support reliable production systems • Contribute to web applications and user experiences using React and NextJS • Support automated build, test, and deployment workflows using GitLab CI, GitHub Workflows, or similar tools • Identify product integration opportunities and create greater customer value • Consider market needs, product adoption, competition, and related metrics in design decisions • Review and test code to improve scalability, speed, and reliability • Monitor production systems, identify risks, resolve errors, and escalate issues • Support on-call escalations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements, estimate timelines, track milestones, and deliver projects • Share knowledge through presentations, documentation, blogs, newsletters, and other forums

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience, Master’s degree with 3+ years of related experience, or PhD with 1+ year of related experience • Experience developing production software, including clean, functional code and unit tests • Experience troubleshooting and resolving software issues in development and production environments • Experience with code reviews, testing, and software engineering practices focused on scalability, reliability, and quality • Experience creating technical designs and leading software features from design through delivery • Experience with Golang or Python • Experience with APIs and Flask or FastAPI • Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, and Terraform • Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, or similar databases and data stores • Experience with React, NextJS, and CI/CD tooling • Familiarity with secure software development, threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, and vulnerability management • Familiarity with production monitoring, incident response, postmortems, and root cause analysis • Ability to use AI/ML or generative AI for security problems • Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, embeddings, or other machine-learning capabilities • Proven collaboration with Product Management, Design, Security, and engineering teams • Ability to mentor engineers and share technical knowledge
