Beschreibung

• Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to top enterprise organizations • Work as a pre-sales technical member of a customer Account Team • Showcase Cisco product solutions, set up demonstrations, and explain features and benefits • Design and configure products to meet specific customer needs • Align opportunities with customer challenges and priorities • Demonstrate the business value of Cisco Services, Solutions, and Architectures • Ensure Cisco architectural vision addresses customers’ desired outcomes and capabilities • Collaborate with Account Managers, Product Specialists, and other teams on solution presentations and architecture development • Provide solution and architectural perspectives across the Cisco product portfolio • Apply technical specialization to specific opportunities • Act as a consultative technical advisor to account teams and customers • Keep current with Cisco innovations and competitors’ solutions, products, and services • Assist with developing and executing formal sales plans and RFPs for assigned accounts • Learn quickly and adapt to new technology trends

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of related experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or client-facing consulting roles • Cisco product experience or relevant experience with key competitor offerings • Pre-sales experience, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Knowledge of baseline SE/SA skills • In-depth knowledge in at least one adjacent technology: Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Collaboration, Cybersecurity, or Route/Switch/Wireless • Expertise in Cisco solutions, competitors, and associated IT-market technologies • Ability to translate customer business priorities into technical solutions • Ability to deliver or support technical presentations and solution demonstrations • Excellent technical consulting skills, including defining trade-offs and asking probing questions • Strong business acumen • Conversant in AI infrastructure and IT use cases • Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies, including switching, wireless, routing, data centers, and security • Excellent presentation, communication, and technical consulting skills • Professional certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or CCNA are highly desirable
