Beschreibung

• Solve problems and remove roadblocks for at-risk renewal deals with executives • Integrate Splunk renewals into Cisco’s people, processes, and tools • Drive cross-organizational collaboration, alignment, and buy-in • Lead a matrixed team to improve renewal outcomes • Establish operational rigor and accountability for quantifiable outcomes • Support tactical deal-by-deal problem solving and long-term strategic optimization of the renewals business • Take on evolving strategic work as business needs change • Report to a Leader of Strategy & Planning in Splunk Renewals Operations • Work directly with Directors and Vice Presidents regularly

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of experience in sales, renewals, customer success, or account management • Preferred experience within the technology or SaaS industry • Ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and conduct proactive outreach • Experience identifying at-risk accounts, analyzing churn drivers, and executing mitigation plans • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to articulate value propositions, negotiate renewal terms, and influence stakeholders • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce and data analytics • Excellent project/program management skills • Experience collaborating with partners at all levels in a matrixed organization • Experience producing executive-level content and leading meetings with senior stakeholders • Ability to make insightful recommendations and constructively challenge senior leaders
