Beschreibung

• Lead and execute software development initiatives for the firm • Regularly deliver features in an agile way, delivering against business outcomes • Create a culture of continuous improvement championing the use of automation, metrics, and AI to create efficiency and enhance business intelligence • Maturing SDLC processes and controls in the organization • Manage development escalations and blockers ensuring alignment of solutions with corporate priorities • Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and financial standards • Ensure projects are compliant with data integrity, enterprise architecture, and security standards and policies • Manage vendor relationships ensuring top talent is allocated to the firm

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field • At least 10 years of experience managing complex projects • At least 8 years of direct management of a development team • Hands-on experience transforming a department • PE experience (preferred) • Development background (required) • Fluent in SQL (required) • Exceptional operational and strategic thinking • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
