Beschreibung

• Design, develop, and maintain Python scripts for complex third-party API integrations • Extract, parse, and flatten unstructured and semi-structured data including JSON, XML, flat files, and logs • Partner with Database Administrators and Cloud Engineers to automate infrastructure, monitoring, maintenance, and alert remediation tasks • Write and optimize PySpark transformations in Microsoft Fabric notebooks • Build internal tools, command-line interfaces, and microservices • Version-control scripts with Git, test code rigorously, and integrate it into automated deployment pipelines • Bridge legacy systems, third-party APIs, and the modern data estate • Provide operational problem-solving support across the Data Operations team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent practical experience • 2–4+ years of professional software development experience, primarily focused on Python • Deep understanding of web services and RESTful APIs, including OAuth, API keys, pagination, and rate limiting • Strong experience parsing and manipulating JSON, XML, and CSV using Pandas, Requests, and JSON libraries • Familiarity with PySpark and distributed data processing in Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Synapse • Solid understanding of SQL for querying and validating relational database data • Proficiency with Git version control and CI/CD pipeline integration • Adaptability in switching between API integrations and infrastructure automation • Ability to troubleshoot poorly documented legacy systems and securely extract data • Commitment to clean, efficient, well-documented code • PCPP1 certification preferred • Microsoft Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) certification preferred • Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark certification preferred
