Beschreibung

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders • Lead multi‑disciplinary teams • Take ownership of programme delivery from discovery through to closure • Help shape Civiteq’s methodologies • Develop our people • Identify opportunities to grow client relationships

🎯 Anforderungen

• Programme leadership & client delivery • Leading complex client programmes as a trusted and credible advisor • Owning the planning and delivery of programmes in line with agreed Statements of Work • Conducting discovery and diagnostic work, developing recommendations and delivery plans • Leading programme governance, including Programme Boards and senior stakeholder engagement • Managing multi‑disciplinary delivery teams, ensuring high‑quality outcomes • Identifying and progressing follow‑on opportunities with existing clients • Significant experience leading complex programmes in a consulting or delivery environment • Proven ability to operate at senior stakeholder and SLT level • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing programme financials • Experience building and maintaining long‑term client relationships • Confidence leading teams and handling challenging delivery environments • Excellent leadership and people management skills • Clear, credible communication at all levels • Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving ability • Collaborative and values‑led approach • Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands‑on delivery • Experience in public sector transformation and ERP programmes is highly desirable.
