Beschreibung

• Collaborate with Clariti, System Integrators, and customers to understand needs, define success, and exceed customer outcome expectations • Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle with SI and customer Project Managers • Develop and manage project governance plans, schedules, team goals, milestones, budgets, and success criteria • Lead and direct the Clariti Professional Services project team, including Implementation Consultants and Solution Architects • Build motivated, cohesive teams capable of delivering services to clients and implementation partners • Implement quality-control processes and proactively identify and mitigate delivery, relationship, and execution risks • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on assigned project performance and progress • Hold internal and external teams accountable, redirect when needed, and manage customer expectations • Communicate and present with team members and audiences at technical and business levels • Adapt approach to team and client relationships, dynamics, environmental factors, and cultural nuances

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements in SaaS-based Professional Services • 4+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders, including CxOs • Track record of building executive stakeholder relationships and leading delivery for large transformation projects • Extensive experience applying project management and agile methodologies • Experience managing resources and relationships with System Integrators • Knowledge of professional services functions, roles, customer types, and customer needs • Leadership and management capabilities, including team motivation, resource management, and project guidance • Strong focus on delivering projects within budget and deadlines • Expertise in objection handling and serving as an escalation point for client, partner, and team concerns • Ability to improve process efficiency and effectiveness • Strategic thinking and ability to execute requirements • Ability to make decisions with limited guidance using policies, procedures, and business plans • Ability to balance profitability with excellent customer experiences • High emotional intelligence and ability to manage difficult customers • Proficiency leading organizational change and managing ambiguity • Ability to travel within the United States and Canada approximately 40–50% • Background check covering relevant global sanctions and criminal offences required before joining • Bonus: Familiarity with Salesforce-based platforms or GovTech/civic technology ecosystems • Bonus: Exposure to government workflows such as permitting, licensing, or service delivery • Bonus: Experience using AI tools for documentation, research, or workflow efficiency
