Beschreibung

• Qualify incoming Services contract requests • Create, edit, and maintain Statements of Work and related Services contracts • Develop SOWs, Service Orders, Change Orders, and Task Orders • Perform quality assurance for outgoing services opportunities • Advise and deploy appropriate contract pathways while optimizing financial, operational, legal, and business terms • Support Sales through the use, maintenance, expansion, and training related to contract vehicles and sales efforts • Streamline system workflows and enable field sales and scoping teams • Interface with partner, client, and internal contract stakeholders • Maintain contractual records, databases, contract vehicle repositories, and SharePoint sites • Review, draft, negotiate, and manage legally binding services contracts • Manage and prioritize a large volume of SOWs and deadlines • Influence services purchasing decisions through alternative business modeling and supplier analysis • Ensure accuracy, quality, unified style, and contract compliance • Manage the SOW signature process • Educate, report on, and expand services contract vehicles • Enable field sales on contract vehicle use • Provide mentorship, peer review, direction, and training • Review contract vehicle quotes for accuracy before services purchases • Coordinate storage of documentation and reference information in CRM and client project repositories • Compile contract information for Legal contract amendments • Build alliance partnership relationships and retain industry knowledge • Act as liaison between internal and external contract stakeholders • Perform other assigned duties and comply with policies and standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Paralegal, Pre-Law, or a related field • 4–7 years of total combined related work experience • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in contracts, supply chain, procurement, supplier management, and/or asset management • 5 years of professional work experience directly related to the role • Prior experience with Client Relationship Management software required • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SmartDocs, SharePoint, Adobe, and DocuSign • Ability to work in a sales partnership setting • Occasional travel and on-site meetings/events • Excellent written and verbal English • Cybersecurity or MSSP industry experience preferred • Salesforce.com experience preferred
