Beschreibung

• Serve as a strategic technical advisor and trusted partner throughout the sales lifecycle • Bridge customer business needs with deep technical expertise • Support enterprise customers across industrial, healthcare, energy, and critical infrastructure sectors • Lead technical discovery to uncover customer pain points in OT/ICS environments • Architect bespoke Claroty cybersecurity solutions integrating with existing IT and security stacks • Plan and execute Proofs of Concept, demonstrating ROI and platform value through live evaluations • Deliver demonstrations to engineers, architects, plant managers, CISOs, and executive stakeholders • Own and contribute to RFP, RFI, and security questionnaire responses • Act as a feedback loop between field teams and Engineering • Stay ahead of industrial automation, Zero Trust, and threat landscape trends • Represent Claroty at conferences, trade shows, and customer events • Lead webinars and contribute to technical content • Use generative AI tools to accelerate prospect research, aggregate business intelligence, and streamline documentation

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role, preferably within cybersecurity, industrial automation, networking, or enterprise SaaS • Expert-level L2–L4 troubleshooting • Mastery of traffic acquisition (SPAN/RSPAN, TAPs, virtual switching) • Mastery of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) • Deep knowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, CIP, DNP3, IEC 61850) • Architect-level understanding of the Purdue Model • Ability to translate technical details into mission-level impact for non-technical stakeholders • Proven ability to manage multiple PoCs and complex RFP timelines simultaneously • Willingness to travel 20–30% as needed • Candidates must be in the PST timezone • Ideal candidates will be based in California • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or CCNA are highly valued
