Beschreibung

• Work with 1–5 clients as the main technical voice for Databricks • Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks • Define and direct technical strategy for large Retail and CPG accounts with the Account Executive • Implement the technical strategy within customer accounts • Build a movement of technical champions within accounts • Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions • Provide structured mentorship for other team members • Support wider and deeper adoption of ML and AI use cases

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience working with very large (> $1m ARR) Retail and CPG-related accounts • 4+ years working in a pre-sales capacity or supporting sales activity • Technical expertise in big data, data science, and cloud • Ability in data-driven business transformation and driving change with data • 4+ years of design and implementation experience in big data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP, OLTP, and OLAP, or full-lifecycle data science solutions • Experience maintaining and extending production data systems for complex customer needs • Production programming experience in Python, R, Scala, or Java • Databricks Certification is nice to have
