Beschreibung

• Own how ClassDojo reaches new families beyond its existing network • Set acquisition strategy for Dojo Sparks and Dojo Islands • Execute high-leverage acquisition experiments to build, test, and scale channels driving net-new paid users • Operate initially as a one-person growth marketing team • Set direction, run experiments end to end, analyze results, and scale what works • Build systems, processes, and partnerships for compounding growth • Partner with Product, Creative, Data, and Marketing leaders • Set strategy for new-user acquisition across paid and unpaid channels, initially focusing on social and influencer partnerships • Define hypotheses, launch tests, analyze results, and make scale/kill decisions • Identify and validate acquisition channels through manual approaches, then scale successful bets with agencies, tooling, and automation • Establish success metrics and ROI thresholds • Test value propositions, landing experiences, and onboarding flows to improve conversion • Build experimentation and measurement frameworks across messaging, targeting, and funnel steps • Use external resources, modern tools, and AI to maximize impact • Help shape ClassDojo’s long-term growth marketing capabilities

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience in growth, performance, or consumer marketing • Ideally experience at high-growth consumer or marketplace companies • Proven track record of owning acquisition outcomes end to end • Strong analytical judgment and comfort using data to evaluate ROI, conversion, and growth tradeoffs • Experience operating as a generalist in small or mid-sized teams of 30–150 people • Depth in at least one acquisition channel, such as paid social, influencer, partnerships, SEO, or SEM • Strong mental models across other acquisition channels • Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset • Comfort operating with high autonomy and ambiguity • Clear, concise communication and effective cross-functional partnership • Experience building or scaling influencer- or creator-led growth programs is a plus • Experience with consumer subscription or paid consumer products is a plus • Experience in early-stage or fast-scaling environments is a plus • Interest in using AI and new tools is a plus
