Beschreibung

• Serve as the technical owner of Close.com’s marketing website • Build and continuously improve a responsive, highly interactive, polished website • Ship new pages and improve core site functionality • Own website performance, technical SEO, and visibility to search engines and AI agents • Maintain and evolve the Sanity platform, components, integrations, and deployment infrastructure • Ensure tracking, attribution, conversion events, and funnel data are implemented correctly • Partner with Marketing on measurement and experimentation • Build automations and workflows that help Marketing ship pages, campaigns, and experiments • Develop website capabilities to detect regressions and flag performance and SEO issues • Provide engineering support for broader Marketing problems • Collaborate closely with Marketing, including a Marketing Designer • Report through Engineering

🎯 Anforderungen

• Approximately 5+ years building marketing websites • Experience building, owning, and collaborating on websites over the long term • Experience creating beautiful, conversion-focused websites • Proficiency with motion, ambitious CSS, and rich media • Strong focus on page speed, technical SEO, and website discoverability by search engines and AI agents • Familiarity with modern stacks such as Astro • Experience with headless CMS platforms; Sanity experience is relevant • Understanding of cookies, conversion events, analytics, and experimentation tooling • Experience with tools such as Segment, Amplitude, or Customer.io • Experience building systems that enable marketers and designers to self-serve • Experience with guardrails, automations, and tooling • Experience using AI to improve productivity and empower teams • Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Engineering, departments, and levels • Legally able to work in the US; candidates must explain any visa requirement • Willingness and ability to travel internationally for week-long team offsites
