Beschreibung

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new North American customers, coordinating kickoff, implementation, and go-live • Serve as the primary point of contact for service, delivery, and support across the existing North American customer base • Resolve issues and coordinate with Support, Product, and Engineering to close the loop • Build and manage renewal, adoption, and health-tracking processes • Surface risk early and identify expansion opportunities across the portfolio • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership to translate customer feedback and lifecycle data into scalable playbooks • Use AI tools to experiment, automate, and improve work processes • Retain and grow the North American book of business

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, implementation, or service delivery, ideally in SaaS or a technology-enabled service business • Track record of owning post-sale customer relationships, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and escalation management • Measurable retention and growth outcomes • Experience with CRM and customer success tooling, such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar • Comfort working cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Engineering • Fluent in English • Based in or near the Midwest or Eastern US • Flexibility to travel to customers and CM.com’s Breda, NL headquarters as needed • Active experimentation with newer AI models and products
