Beschreibung

• Collaborate with Capture, Growth, and P&L leadership to develop and execute capture strategies for new and re-compete contract wins exceeding $50M • Lead qualified capture pursuits using the GDIT enterprise business development process and gate controls • Track capture performance against budgets and schedules • Communicate capture status to Division and Business Area leadership • Define win strategies covering customer engagement, solution development, competitive assessments, opportunity shaping, teaming, pricing, and bid/no-bid recommendations • Establish competitive pricing structures and executable, profitable solutions aligned with Price-to-Win objectives • Develop marketing strategies and contribute to market account plans with account BD and P&L leaders • Shape opportunities and GDIT’s position throughout the opportunity lifecycle to increase probability of win • Travel 10–25% as required by opportunity needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science • 5+ years of related experience as a capture manager • Experience leading large and highly complex DoD capture opportunities at Tier 1 Federal Systems Integrators • Experience capturing $50M+ single-award competitive take-away deals • Experience with Information Technology scope, fixed-price managed services, and/or as-a-Service delivery models • Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively to solve problems • Ability to lead cross-functional teams as a servant leader • Willingness to provide a deal sheet of opportunities led and supported, including won, lost, and pending results, without disclosing proprietary information • Active Secret clearance required to start • Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance • US citizenship required • Willingness to travel 10–25% • Ability to develop actionable plans using market knowledge
