Beschreibung

• Own and coordinate Codeway’s global budget-setting and forecasting process • Build and own the corporate top-down strategic forecasting model • Coordinate and consolidate bottom-up inputs from the FBP network • Design and distribute unified planning templates to FBPs • Run rolling monthly forecasts and challenge operational assumptions • Build and scale corporate three-statement models and integrated multi-year cash flow frameworks • Own and maintain the rolling 13-week cash flow forecast • Integrate portfolio UA allocation and marketing deployment outputs into the central business plan • Reconcile portfolio allocation shifts against corporate cash reserves and growth capital constraints • Track, optimise, and ensure structural compliance of the institutional credit facility • Monitor global capital drawdowns and funding velocity against covenant thresholds • Generate financial reporting for lending partners • Manage cost allocations for centralised overhead to individual app-level P&Ls • Build driver-based sensitivity models incorporating ROAS, LTV, and CAC • Prepare corporate narratives and visual decks for quarterly board reviews • Align global hiring plans and recruitment velocity with approved corporate budgets • Support integration between the planning stack, NetSuite actuals, and Looker revenue and unit-economics data • Drive platform migration from Excel/Claude to Pigment as a core product stakeholder

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3-6 years in Corporate FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or Transaction Advisory within a high-growth B2C digital platform, mobile app company, or gaming studio • Mastery of 3-statement long-range planning (LRP), rolling monthly forecasting, and corporate top-down / bottom-up budget reconciliation • Experience building 13-week rolling cash flow forecasts • Advanced driver-based Excel modeling • Prompt engineering and hands-on experience or immediate adaptability to LLM add-in layers, including Claude for Excel • Exposure to multi-dimensional EPM tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Workday Adaptive is a major plus • Familiarity or exposure to Looker or equivalent BI tools • Familiarity or exposure to NetSuite and cloud ERP data structures • Deep familiarity with B2C mobile metrics, including ROAS, LTV, CAC, and cohort curves • Institutional debt facility covenant tracking experience • Equal comfort with strategic valuation structures, 3-statement multi-year planning, and short-term liquidity controls • Strong background in corporate consolidation and recurring planning windows • Deep operational understanding of app store economics, subscription models, and digital revenue dynamics • Comfortable navigating Looker or equivalent BI platforms and tracking data frameworks within NetSuite • High English proficiency; interview conducted in English
