Beschreibung

• The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients and their intermediaries. • This role focuses on client retention, revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries through regular communication. • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts. • Respond quickly and professionally to client questions and concerns. • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, goals, and opportunities. • Develop and execute account plans to support client retention and growth. • Manage renewals and maintain profitable client relationships. • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional Coface products and solutions. • Monitor client activity, usage, and portfolio performance. • Analyze data and trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree preferred. • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, or Client Relationship Management. • Experience in Credit Insurance, Risk Management, Financial Services, SaaS, FinTech, Trade Finance, or related industries is a plus. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to interpret business data and make recommendations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience with CRM systems is preferred. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
