Beschreibung

• Design, build, ship, and maintain full-stack features for large-scale file upload and management, shared knowledge bases, agent skills and integrations, and enterprise data synchronization • Own features end-to-end from technical design through implementation, testing, launch, and iteration • Write and ship minimal code for low-resource environments with stringent deployment mechanisms • Develop secure and privacy-preserving solutions, sometimes without popular libraries or tooling • Collaborate with Product, UX, and modeling teams to validate requirements and prototype quickly • Raise engineering standards through patterns, testing discipline, code review, and mentoring • Use AI actively while remaining accountable for shipped quality and reliability

🎯 Anforderungen

• Production experience shipping substantial full-stack code in Python and React • Strong coding abilities and comfort working across the stack • Ability to execute in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and objectives • Experience building and deploying highly performant client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications to millions of users • Product-owner mindset and ability to evaluate what should be built • Strong opinions on user experience and willingness to challenge designs or specifications • Experience owning features end-to-end, from understanding user problems through shipping and measuring impact • Ability to work with at least 4 hours of overlapping working time with EST business hours
