Beschreibung

• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Solutions Architecture organization across the US & Canada, raising the bar through hiring, mentorship, and operational excellence. • Partner with Sales to develop and execute technical sales strategies that accelerate enterprise adoption and contribute directly to revenue growth. • Establish scalable solution-selling methodologies, industry playbooks, executive narratives, business cases, and technical delivery frameworks that improve consistency and win rates. • Lead technical engagements with enterprise customers, serving as a trusted advisor to executive and technical stakeholders throughout the sales cycle. • Guide customers in designing secure, scalable, production-ready agentic AI solutions across cloud, hybrid, VPC, and on-premises environments. • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate customer feedback and market needs into platform improvements and roadmap priorities. • Continuously improve technical sales processes, customer onboarding, and solution delivery practices to maximize team effectiveness and customer outcomes.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture, with 5+ years leading customer-facing technical teams. • Proven experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing Solutions Architecture or Solutions Engineering teams, with a track record of building or transforming organizations. • Experience leading complex enterprise solution engagements, developing business cases, implementation plans, and executive-ready solution recommendations. • Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including LLMs, agentic AI, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, hybrid deployments, security, and governance. • Demonstrated ability to partner with enterprise Sales organizations, influence strategic deals, and articulate business value to executive stakeholders. • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both business and technical audiences. • Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions in complex, regulated, or large-scale environments. • Experience building repeatable solution-selling methodologies and helping generalist technical teams operate at a consistently high level. • Background in enterprise AI, cloud, or data platform companies, or applied AI consulting organizations. • Experience supporting customers in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, energy, or the public sector. • Experience operating in high-growth environments where speed, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration are critical.
