Beschreibung

• Support commercial transactions, including drafting and negotiating customer and vendor agreements, assisting with deal desk and contract review activities, and deal and contract structuring • Risk consultation and contracting review of various documents • Ongoing and post-execution risk management and contracting support • Work with cross-functional teams to build and enhance internal processes related to the contract lifecycle • Provide day to day contract guidance to ensure the company’s best interests are being maintained

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of commercial and transactional experience as a contract manager in house • Experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiations • Excellent negotiation skills including experience negotiating complex terms and conditions • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with negotiation counterparties, executive management and staff regarding legal issues with high degrees of complexity and the ability to work issues to resolution • Excellent execution skills, including the ability to prioritize critical needs, act decisively, and handle a high volume of complex tasks • High sense of urgency and accountability in a fast-paced work environment • Willingness to learn about the data center industry and its unique legal aspects • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
