Beschreibung

• Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for common services on OCI • Develop and maintain IaC with Ansible, YAML, and Terraform for provisioning, configuration management, and compliance enforcement • Architect, deploy, and manage Kubernetes or OCI Container Engine workloads, including cluster configuration, scheduling, secrets management, and runtime security • Integrate SAST, DAST, SCA, and container image scanning into CI/CD pipelines • Establish and maintain automated unit, integration, regression, and performance testing frameworks • Enforce code quality, branching strategies, and Git version-control governance • Embed DoD RMF controls and security compliance checks into CI/CD workflows • Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Lead/ISSO on artifact, image, and service security compliance • Lead DevSecOps toolchain onboarding, training, and standards adoption • Monitor pipeline performance, test coverage, and deployment frequency; report to the Program Manager and Government stakeholders • Support OCI platform architecture alignment, including OCI DevOps, Artifact Registry, and Vault • Develop automated patching, configuration compliance, and vulnerability remediation workflows for 24/7/365 sustainment • Implement automated AI/ML model training, validation, and deployment pipelines • Assess incumbent tooling and migrate to the team's DevSecOps toolchain without operational disruption

🎯 Anforderungen

• US Citizen • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related technical field • 5+ years of hands-on DevSecOps, platform engineering, or software delivery engineering experience • Proficiency with YAML • Hands-on Ansible experience • Proficiency with Git-based version control and branching/merge strategies • Experience designing and maintaining Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or comparable CI/CD pipelines • Experience implementing Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code, including state management, module design, and automated compliance enforcement • Experience deploying and managing Kubernetes, including cluster administration, Helm charts, namespace management, and workload security • Experience integrating SAST, DAST, and security scanning tools into automated pipelines • Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks for web services, APIs, or enterprise applications • Familiarity with DoD RMF, ATO processes, and security compliance in development and deployment pipelines • Active DoD Secret clearance required to start and maintainable for the program • Active DoD 8140/8570 IAT-II or higher certification required at time of hire • Preferred: active Top Secret clearance • Preferred: FlexDeploy experience for Oracle technology deployments • Preferred: DISA-managed or Cloud One cloud environment experience, including IL4/IL5 and FedRAMP • Preferred: OCI DevOps, OKE, OCI Artifact Registry, or OCI Vault experience • Preferred: Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle Fusion Middleware, or Oracle database experience • Preferred: automated testing tools such as Selenium, Robot Framework, Postman/Newman, JMeter, JUnit, TestNG, or Cucumber • Preferred: Oracle or Java security scanning experience • Preferred: CKA, Terraform Associate, OCI DevOps, or DoD 8140 certifications • Preferred: AFLCMC, BES Directorate, or DoD ERP program experience • Preferred: Agile/SAFe and sprint-based DevSecOps experience
