Beschreibung

• Ensure successful and timely execution of technical programs across multiple teams and locations throughout the full system development life cycle • Work closely with IT and business partners and align with the Information Technology PMO • Deliver projects within the IT Portfolio in collaboration with IT Leadership • Monitor project status, technical issues, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, mitigation plans, escalations, and overall progress • Coach and support project teams in following PMO processes and procedures • Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders • Address project-related concerns and ensure alignment on integration and deployment efforts • Establish program practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships • Manage the project lifecycle from demos and field trials through integration planning and deployment • Manage daily project activities, collaboration forums, performance metrics, and reports • Develop standardized project execution processes and maintain project documentation and compliance

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in business administration, computer science, engineering, medical technology, or related field of study • 6+ years’ experience in IT project management, program management or portfolio management roles • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred • Commercial, medical device or manufacturing program management experience preferred • 2-4 years’ experience in Agile project methodologies preferred • Effective written and oral communications in English • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to build models and analyze costs, risks, timelines, metrics, etc. using Excel • This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship
