Beschreibung

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve delivery tracking, reporting, and process infrastructure across clients and regions • Own the delivery system end-to-end and establish business-standard processes and frameworks • Provide leadership with delivery status, budget positions, risk indicators, and capacity outlook • Build and sustain a unified global team culture across regions • Create forums, rituals, and shared experiences that connect distributed teams • Champion inclusion and professional development • Design, maintain, and enforce quality frameworks, checklists, and delivery processes • Identify systemic quality and consistency issues before they reach clients • Drive continuous improvement through data, process refinement, and governance • Manage the shared resource pool and prepare staffing recommendations • Build and maintain rolling capacity views and own time-to-fill performance • Own career development, skills frameworks, and training for delivery and technical teams • Conduct skills assessments and build training programmes • Manage onboarding effectiveness and performance improvement plans • Participate in structured weekly and monthly leadership and delivery forums • Provide data, analysis, and recommendations to inform business decisions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Significant experience in delivery management, operations management, or programme management within a professional services or advisory environment • Experience building delivery infrastructure across multiple clients and regions • Experience in software license compliance, software asset management, or related technology advisory is highly desirable • Proven track record building governance systems, quality frameworks, and operational processes • Experience managing a shared resource pool or bench model • Knowledge of capacity planning, skills assessment, and matching people to engagements • International delivery experience across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas • Ability to work across time zones and cultures • Experience with delivery tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting systems • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience • Relevant certifications in project management, delivery management, or quality frameworks are advantageous, including PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or Six Sigma • ITAM, SAM, or vendor-specific compliance certifications are a plus but not required • Systems-thinking capability • Ability to influence without authority in a matrix structure • Builder mentality and experience creating scalable infrastructure • Collaborative partnership with senior commercial leaders • Experience building or shaping distributed or multi-regional team cultures • People development and capability-building experience • Transparent communication and early risk escalation
