Beschreibung

• Hybrid Development: Transition effectively between rapid AI-assisted iteration and disciplined, manual engineering throughout the feature lifecycle. • Tooling Integration: Utilize Amazon Kiro as a primary driver within the AWS environment while remaining proficient in the broader ecosystem, including Cursor and GitHub Copilot. • System Architecture: Design and maintain modular, readable structures that AI agents work within to ensure clarity for human colleagues. • Prompt & Spec Engineering: Author high-quality technical prompts and formal specifications to minimize hallucination and maximize logic accuracy. • Code Quality Control: Act as the final auditor for all AI-assisted contributions to ensure they meet internal standards and security protocols. • Testing & Documentation: Employ Test-Driven Development (TDD) and write clear technical documentation to serve as the source of truth for AI tools. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested. 🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of professional full-stack development experience • Experience with Java, Python, Node.JS, and JavaScript • Experience building and shipping products using AI-assisted engineering disciplines or "vibe-to-spec" workflows • Pragmatic Engineering • Advanced proficiency with Amazon Kiro, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot • Strong grasp of CS fundamentals, including system design, API architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL) • A deep-seated need to understand the "why" behind generated code; ability to debug and optimize complex logic manually • Mastery of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and the ability to write precise technical documentation that guides AI tools • General comfort navigating AWS services and managing cloud deployment pipelines
