Beschreibung

• Serve as CSL's primary point of contact for the Department of Energy client across the task order portfolio • Manage schedule, budget, and technical scope across multiple concurrent task orders • Review project requirements and obtain clarification on conflicting, missing, or vague items • Coordinate partners and technical leads across disciplines to ensure design deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget commitments • Track deliverables through the design lifecycle, including 15%, 50%, 95%, and 100% submittals • Coordinate submittal and RFI review and response • Manage subcontract administration, including invoicing and progress reporting • Plan and lead project meetings; maintain minutes, action-item tracking, and follow-up • Identify scope, schedule, or budget risks and escalate to leadership with recommended courses of action • Support project closeout and ensure deliverables and documentation are complete • Represent CSL professionally in client and partner engagements • Travel as needed for site visits and client meetings

🎯 Anforderungen

• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance and Department of Energy facility site access • Bachelor's degree required; engineering, construction management, business, or related field preferred • Minimum 7 years of project management experience • Direct oversight of multi-disciplinary engineering teams or projects • Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering or A&E design projects • Sufficient engineering background to review design drawings, calculations, and recommendations and evaluate engineering-led work • Ability to provide technical direction without serving as engineer of record • Experience with federal task order contracts, including IDIQ and A&E design services • Department of Energy or Department of Defense contract experience preferred • Project management certification preferred, such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent • Excellent client-facing communication skills • Ability to serve as primary interface with federal clients • Ability to thrive within collaborative, dynamic, and cross-company teams
