Beschreibung

• Provide technical leadership and coordination for a team of Solutions Architects and Solutions Estimators supporting the Utilities vertical • Guide development of system designs, solutions, estimates, and proposal strategies for large-scale enterprise and data center opportunities • Ensure consistency and quality across solution designs, scopes of work, and estimates • Serve as a senior technical resource and escalation point for complex projects, specialized environments, and regulated installations • Collaborate with sales and vertical leadership to align solution strategies with customer requirements and business goals • Mentor and guide Solutions Architects and Estimators • Coordinate workload and priorities across the team • Create solutions, designs, scopes of work, and specifications for large-scale and complex projects • Participate in pre-bid meetings and technical discussions • Lead detailed cost estimates for large, multi-site or multi-country security projects • Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, and operations on scope, requirements, and timelines • Work with partners to identify suitable technologies • Source and manage pricing from vendors, subcontractors, and partners • Identify project risks, special handling requirements, and solutions addressing regulatory and customer expectations • Participate in client meetings and presentations • Work with installation teams to ensure estimate feasibility and accuracy • Apply industry regulations and compliance knowledge • Track project costs, risks, and margins to optimize pricing • Ensure estimates align with pricing strategies and market competitiveness • Prepare and present proposals to internal and external customers

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7-9 years of experience in design consulting, system design, system commissioning, estimating, project management and/or installation for complex and large-scale electronic physical security projects • Expertise in access control, CCTV, and physical security systems, with a focus on large-scale enterprise, multi-site and complex projects • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for specialized environments • Proficiency in advanced estimating tools, Microsoft Office, and project collaboration software • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and deliver under tight deadlines • Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration • College degree, trade school, or equivalent experience
