Beschreibung

• Manage the business part of EDI/API implementation for Global Accounts • Define and improve integration services (EDI and API) to match customer requirements • Manage technical onboarding of Customers into DSV from a Customs perspective • Sign off the proposed Business Requirement Document to initiate integration • Align and execute planning with Operations, Customer, and Customer Integration Office • Create and execute User Acceptance Tests scenarios • Act as the first point of contact for Operations after Business Go Live • Analyze EDI+ and special setups to enhance standard offerings • Educate sales staff to promote API over EDI

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology or related field preferred • 2+ years of relevant experience • Experience with customer engagement • Project Management capabilities and experience • Fair technical and integration understanding • End-to-end mindset • Understanding of customs is an advantage • Fluency in English required • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
