Beschreibung

• Serve as the technical Subject Matter Expert on Salesforce engagements and projects • Translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions • Evaluate and document solution feasibility, benefits, and risks • Provide detailed level-of-effort estimates for proposed solutions • Manage development, testing, and deployment plans to ensure quality delivery • Keep current with new Salesforce product and technical capabilities • Provide technical expertise during sales efforts, including high-level solution design and effort estimation • Participate in Salesforce forums, events, and marketing activities • Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking, and client presentations • Lead projects through requirements definition and solution design phases • Oversee solution design to meet business requirements and fulfill user stories • Lead resources through build, test, and deployment phases • Meet with clients, gather requirements, develop Salesforce solutions, and create robust documentation

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS/BA in a related field (Business Administration/Management, Computer Science, or Software Engineering preferred) • Minimum of seven (7) years of relevant, professional technical experience in architecting and delivering technical solutions • Minimum of three (3) years of MuleSoft API development • Active MuleSoft Certified Developer certification • Demonstrated expertise in 3+ projects implementing full SDLC (Discovery, requirements analysis, design, testing, deployment and maintenance) of Salesforce-based solutions • Extensive Salesforce development experience with security, Process Builder, Flow, Workflow, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Community, Triggers, API, SOSL, SOQL, REST, and App Builder • Understanding of architecture and integration patterns, DevOps methods, tools, and techniques • Understanding of best practices and coding standards • Experience designing, implementing, and managing APIs as products using OpenAPI v3 and MuleSoft’s 3-tiered API architecture, including Salesforce integration and security aligned to Federal and FISMA standards • Ability to independently develop and maintain automated MUnit test suites • Ability to deliver secure, scalable MuleSoft APIs using API-led connectivity, compliance, and cross-platform integration best practices • Experience designing enterprise-level Salesforce solutions using waterfall and agile methodologies throughout the full lifecycle • Expert understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, Community, and Marketing Clouds and the Force.com Platform • Extensive Salesforce configuration experience, including workflows, validation rules, Process Builder, and security controls • Experience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs • Experience documenting business processes and wireframing system designs using process flow diagrams, UML, and sequence diagrams • Expert experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying current-to-desired-state gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions • Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems • Basic understanding of programming logic and constructs, specifically in Salesforce • Experience with single-org deployments and multi-org consolidations • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a Federal Government background investigation • Active MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect certification (desired) • Experience integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft solutions (desired) • Experience managing MuleSoft APIs in MuleSoft Government Cloud, including deployment and CloudHub configuration (desired) • Experience implementing secure HTTPS API connectivity using MuleSoft CloudHub (desired) • Proven experience overseeing CRM software solution direction, development, and implementation (desired) • Knowledge of CRM software quality assurance best practices and methodologies (desired) • Excellent oral and written communication, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills • Team-player experience demonstrated through a customer qualification of a large-scale/enterprise implementation with multiple work streams • Dynamic, self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to lead new initiatives across the platform
