Beschreibung

• Lead, direct, and manage the cross-functional technology delivery team within the Payment business • Manage operational aspects of software development to ensure business and project objectives are met • Provide technical, administrative, and people leadership for multiple, diverse, and geographically distributed teams • Champion AI-native software delivery by integrating AI tools, automation, and intelligent engineering workflows across the software development lifecycle • Build and lead a multi-team engineering organization with clear goals, outcome-based metrics, and continuous improvement • Integrate AI tools and automation into engineering workflows with human oversight and guardrails • Align teams to enterprise architecture, governance, and shared engineering standards • Lead roadmap execution with hands-on technical and architectural oversight • Administer budgets, timelines, and performance measures • Instruct, direct, and oversee managers and staff across the Engineering team • Influence organizational structure and align resources with business-area goals and objectives • Improve delivery throughput and resource utilization through streamlined processes, automation, and AI-enabled tools • Establish relationships with business contacts and stakeholders to understand Cotiviti's corporate, business, and technology strategies • Champion engineering best practices and operational excellence to meet client needs • Partner with Product, Operations, Data, Finance, Security, Program Management, and Business teams to translate priorities into engineering plans • Modernize development and testing practices through automation, DevOps, and AI-enabled workflows • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top-tier engineering talent • Build a culture of growth, accountability, innovation, and customer satisfaction • Complete annual performance-review and goal-setting responsibilities • Complete special projects and other assigned duties

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering • 6 years of leading engineering teams as a people manager • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent • Extensive experience designing and delivering complex software systems using Java, React/Angular, microservices, relational and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, and modern AI-enabled engineering practices • Recent hands-on technical work • Proven success leading multiple teams and managers to deliver enterprise software across distributed organizations • Strong leadership skills, including building, developing, and mentoring effective engineering teams • Demonstrated experience managing global development teams • Strong understanding of Lean, iterative, and flow-based delivery practices • Track record of advancing engineering practices through automated testing, TDD, and CI/CD • Solid understanding of software operations and DevOps practices, including reliability, monitoring, telemetry, and incident response • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in complex technical environments • Ability to set and execute short- and long-term goals across projects and teams • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders • Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries with strong compliance, security, and data privacy requirements is preferred • Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance • Ability to provide a dedicated, secure work area
