Beschreibung

• Lead the development and improvement of high-quality software modules for the Cotiviti product suite • Analyze and resolve complex software related issues including identification of root causes originating from internal or external customers • Champion comprehensive documentation of the specifications, design, features, and operation of applications prior to production roll out • Demonstrate in-depth understanding of the primary discipline and a strong understanding of related disciplines • Design and implement solutions that significantly improve performance / availability • Proactively communicate technical and operational issues to both engineering and business leadership in a timely manner, providing clear recommendations • Ensure that all technology standards are adhered to while developing systems, while also evaluating and recommending new standards for improved practices • Explore new ideas and make innovative contributions to existing processes or systems which improve efficiency and results • Identify and evaluate new technologies, recommending those that improve efficiency and results for integration into the Cotiviti product suite • Execute all appropriate facets of the Cotiviti Software Development Lifecycle with a desire for continuous improvement • Mentor and guide other engineers, fostering their growth and development within the team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of Java experience building large-scale, distributed web applications, preferably in a data-intensive domain like healthcare or financial services • Strong relational database skills, including a solid understanding of query optimization and execution plans • Experience designing and implementing systems using the Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS) pattern in large-scale, distributed environments • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences including engineers and business stakeholders • Proficiency in Linux and shell scripting • Strong problem-solving skills with a natural curiosity and a bias toward action • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
