Beschreibung

• Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for a meaningful AI portfolio area across Capella and Couchbase Enterprise • Develop strategy, roadmaps, PRFAQs, PRDs, launches, adoption plans, and post-launch iteration • Work backwards from enterprise customers, validate concepts with named customers, and make build-versus-defer tradeoffs • Partner closely with engineering on architecture, scope, quality, timing, and delivery • Run design partner programs and build a pipeline of named reference customers • Coordinate across Core Database, Capella, Analytics, Mobile and Edge, and AI Specialist teams • Equip sales, sales engineering, PMM, and partner GTM with positioning, demos, competitive context, and customer proof points • Represent owned capabilities in analyst engagements, customer briefings, keynote content, partner co-marketing, blog posts, and documentation • Use AI in product management research, PRFAQ drafting, customer synthesis, competitive analysis, roadmap modeling, and engineering collaboration • Mentor and coach PMs and contribute to interviews, calibration, onboarding, operating cadence, and team standards • Deliver validated PRFAQs and PRDs, shipped capabilities with measurable adoption and reference customers, defensible tradeoff decisions, effective GTM enablement, AI-driven PM practices, and a stronger PM organization • Report to the VP of AI Product Management

🎯 Anforderungen

• Twelve or more years in product management, including at least five years on a technical platform such as database, data infrastructure, developer tools, or AI infrastructure • Deep technical fluency in vector search, embeddings, RAG, agent frameworks, model serving, context engineering, and emerging interoperability standards • Ability to hold your own with engineering on architecture • Customer obsession and working-backwards rigor; ability to distinguish universal enterprise ICP needs from noise • Engineering credibility, decisive scope management, and clear tradeoff ownership • Ability to build durable cross-functional relationships with sales, GTM, and marketing • Existing, heavy use of AI in product management work with concrete examples of AI-DLC practice • Advanced, hands-on experience building with frontier AI models, APIs, code-generation tools, MCP, agent frameworks, and modern developer ecosystems • Deep familiarity with Anthropic's Claude stack strongly preferred • Strong written communication and high-quality PRFAQ and PRD writing • Proven record of taking products and features from PRFAQ through launch to adoption, ideally including a new revenue line • Experience at a database, data platform, or AI infrastructure company is nice to have • Direct experience with vector search, agent memory, RAG pipelines, model serving, or related AI infrastructure is nice to have • Public presence through blog posts, conference talks, OSS contributions, or analyst-facing work is nice to have • Prior experience mentoring or developing PMs is nice to have
