Beschreibung

• Own the ecommerce and revenue plan for Covetrus’s online pharmacy business • Drive growth across acquisition, conversion, retention, and average order value • Translate company goals into ecommerce priorities and execution plans • Identify growth opportunities across channels, partnerships, and product mix • Own the end-to-end customer journey from first visit through reorder and subscription • Partner with Product and UX teams to improve site experience, checkout, and mobile performance • Use data and testing to improve conversion rates and engagement • Lead ecommerce merchandising strategy, including pricing, promotions, subscriptions, and assortments • Partner with Marketing on paid media, lifecycle, and on-site campaigns • Define and track ecommerce KPIs including revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, conversion, and retention • Use insights to guide prioritization, investment decisions, and forecasts • Communicate performance and tradeoffs to executive leadership • Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Customer Care for scalable execution • Balance growth initiatives with operational realities of pharmacy and regulated products • Align cross-functional priorities and partner with Product on a multi-year roadmap • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing ecommerce team • Set goals, expectations, and accountability • Create a results-focused culture of learning and continuous improvement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Undergraduate degree; a master’s in computer science or business is desired • 10+ years of ecommerce or digital business experience, including senior leadership roles • Proven ownership of a high-volume ecommerce P&L • Ability to craft high-level digital strategies and execute hands-on performance plans across varied audience and entry channels • Strong background in conversion optimization, digital merchandising, and customer LTV • Experience in regulated, complex, or fulfillment-heavy environments strongly preferred • Data-driven decision-making and comfort with ambiguity and tradeoffs • Comfort using data and analytics to guide strategy and measure performance • Strong communication, planning, and execution skills • Track record leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority • Ability to successfully perform the essential physical functions of the job, with reasonable accommodations available
