Beschreibung

• Oversee month-end close and all key accounting-related activities for your pod • Financial Package Review: Reviewing Management Reports with Key Metrics • Accounting Package Review: Ensuring proper reconciliations for ALL balance sheet accounts and trend analysis for both the balance sheet and P&L • Inventory Management Review: including reconciling inventory (Physical, Sub to GL), Inventory write off and Obsolescence adjustments, and reviewing individual product costs and ensuring accuracy in inventory software and systems. • Review Accounts Receivable processing and aging reports (no collections) • Review Accounts Payable processing and aging reports and bill payments in Bill.com (or related software) for clients • Review Payroll Processing including journal entries and accruals • Provide ad hoc reports or details as requested • Oversee client communications and serve as an escalation point • Supervise and train team on client and administrative duties • Help develop SOPs and training documents • Manage budget for your pod • Maintain clean files and document storage • Participate in Training as directed • Contribute to the internal team as a thought partner

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting • 2+ years of experience in a multi-client or consulting role • 2+ years of experience leading a team • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required • Advanced level expertise in QBO and Excel • NetSuite and Xero experience a huge advantage • Experience with e-commerce clients is required • Experience reconciling Shopify, PayPal, bill.com, etc. required • Solid understanding of GAAP and a firm grasp of accounting best practices • Solid understanding of financial statements and how to evaluate them • Excellent analytical and communication skills • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time in a remote work environment • Proactive and team-centric attitude
