Beschreibung

• Own DMS Accounting workflows end-to-end from discovery through delivery • Conduct recurring dealer research and site visits with accounting staff and controllers • Surface workflow friction, validate assumptions, and translate research into product decisions • Create and maintain Epic, Feature, and Story backlogs • Partner with engineering to refine scope, resolve dependencies, and maintain delivery momentum • Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and Go-to-Market on dealer-ready releases • Use product metrics, usage data, and qualitative feedback to evaluate in-market performance • Make evidence-based recommendations for iteration and investment • Contribute to investment cases and roadmap inputs tied to measurable dealer and business outcomes • Track the competitive DMS landscape and evolving dealer accounting expectations • Facilitate refinement sessions and deliver release notes and launch inputs • Engage in technical discussions and represent user and business needs in technical contexts

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3 or more years of product management experience • Experience owning features or workflows within a B2B or enterprise software product • Working proficiency across Market & Client Research, Product Strategy, Product Development, In-Market Product Performance Management, Professional Essentials, and Technology Savvy • Ability to conduct dealer site visits and interviews and synthesize findings into discovery artifacts • Ability to support product vision, roadmap development, solution discovery, and prioritization with data and customer input • Ability to create and maintain Epic, Feature, and Story-level backlogs with clear scope and acceptance criteria • Ability to facilitate refinement sessions and deliver release notes and launch inputs • Ability to track and interpret product metrics • Clear communication across engineering, design, and business stakeholders • Ability to engage productively in technical conversations and understand basic architectural constraints • Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery environments • Experience using tools such as Rally or Jira • Familiarity with dealership operations, automotive retail workflows, or DMS software such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Tekion • Working knowledge of accounting concepts including general ledger structure, accounts payable and receivable, deal posting, or period close processes • Experience contributing to platform migration or modernization involving legacy system replacement • Exposure to AP automation platforms such as Yooz, Stampli, or Tipalti, or familiarity with payroll or financial system integration patterns • Comfort working in a scaled product organization with shared platform dependencies and cross-team coordination • Familiarity with Context Engineering • Familiarity with AI-Native Product Building • Must clear a pre-employment drug test • Must comply with Cox’s drug-free workplace policy
