Beschreibung

• Own and maintain the product roadmap and backlog across multiple ServiceNow production instances, including ITSM, CSM, HR Onboarding, ITOM AIOps, and IT Service Manager • Design forms and service portals using UX best practices • Make configuration changes and minor HTML and CSS code modifications • Create reports and dashboards to visualize trends and provide actionable insights for leadership • Manage scope and negotiate delivery trade-offs as priorities evolve • Lead change management, adoption strategies, and operational embedding for major product, platform, and process initiatives • Identify and proactively manage cross-team delivery and dependency risks • Conduct stakeholder and target-user interviews to identify problems and future needs • Analyze and document user paths, use cases, gaps, and integrations • Lead structured early-stage discovery • Drive Agile planning and prioritize user stories across features, defects, and technical debt • Partner with engineering leads, UX/UI teams, legal, risk, and security • Define product success metrics using analytics data • Monitor the competitive and vendor landscape • Generate release and knowledge-base documentation and support field training • Run experiments and beta/pilot programs • Participate in solutioning through wireframes, sketches, and best-in-class research

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of product management experience with ServiceNow, preferably across multiple product lines including ITSM, CSM, HR Onboarding, ITOM AIOps, or IT Service Manager • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Experience in real estate, travel, or retail preferred • Experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders and senior leaders • Ability to communicate complex information simply to varied audiences • Agile/Scrum mindset and expertise • Strategic, top-down thinking • Strong proactive communication and collaborative working ability • Ability to negotiate without being adversarial • Ability to communicate and partner effectively with executives and senior leaders • Ability to lead projects across multiple teams and stakeholders • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority • Excellent teamwork and ability to motivate engineering teams and foster creativity • Ability to manage expectations while making others feel listened to and respected • Willingness to take ownership and go above and beyond • Problem-solving ability and openness to change
