Beschreibung

• Define and drive product vision, scope, prioritization, and roadmaps, initially focused on Mapping and map data quality • Liaise between engineering teams and stakeholders to gather user requirements and develop product requirements • Define product requirements, success metrics, and prioritization using customer feedback, market research, and business priorities • Partner with Mapping and Localization engineering to analyze on-road data and map quality metrics and identify roadmap priorities • Develop and support process-improvement initiatives and cross-functional alignment • Participate in company-wide planning and product prioritization • Analyze customer, commercial, technical, legal, safety, and regulatory constraints and recommend paths forward • Define, communicate, and update product plans and metrics • Develop and execute customer demos and customer meeting outcomes • Research and compare competing products and mapping/localization approaches • Track goals aligned with company-wide vision and initiatives • Champion customer-focused development and a customer-centric culture

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS+ in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field plus 10+ years of experience, or MS+ in a related field plus 7+ years, or PhD+ in a related field plus 5+ years • Highly skilled and proficient in the discipline; able to conduct complex, important work under minimal supervision • Demonstrated experience with multiple products and willingness to manage a wide range of topics • Experience with autonomous driving systems, advanced driver-assistance systems, mapping and localization, and/or related robotics technologies • Understanding of automotive software, hardware, systems integration, verification and validation, testing, safety, and compliance • Understanding of applicable autonomous-vehicle safety standards and regulations, including ISO 26262, SOTIF, FuSa, UL4600, and AVSC • Bonus: experience with HD maps, localization, SLAM concepts, Lanelet2, OpenDRIVE, or third-party map data providers • Bonus: experience defining Operational Design Domains (ODD) • Bonus: experience with JAMA, Cameo, or related tools • Bonus: experience defining fault- and failure-tolerant safety-critical systems
