Beschreibung

• Manage the healthcare primary packaging product lines globally to promote circularity, enhance profitability and accelerate growth • Own and cyclically refresh the global product, market and asset strategy for the healthcare primary packaging portfolio • Drive strategic execution across regions, including capital allocation, asset utilization and commercial initiatives • Monitor and report on portfolio performance across geographies and develop actionable expansion, optimization and rationalization plans • Manage pricing strategy, portfolio lifecycle and competitive positioning for healthcare primary packaging product lines • Lead new product development from brief to commercialization • Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing and commercial functions to optimize new product introductions • Collect, analyze and communicate customer needs, competitive dynamics and regulatory developments • Equip sales teams with product knowledge, training materials and collateral • Support key customer engagements requiring deep product expertise

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree in Strategic Marketing, Business Administration, Science or Engineering • 5+ years of product management experience in an international environment • Preferably experience in North American and European Consumer Healthcare markets • Experience in primary packaging or broader healthcare packaging is a strong advantage • Financial acumen covering cost models, value selling, market pricing, P&L levers and margin management • Excellent analytical skills and strong project management capabilities • Strategic thinking and ability to identify, prioritize and act on opportunities • Experience driving sustainability initiatives is a strong advantage • Strong multicultural leadership skills across organizational functions and levels • Proven experience leading products through international and matrix organizations • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to influence senior stakeholders by adapting content and messaging to seniority and scope
