Beschreibung

• Provide the Product Team with financial, administrative, and commercialization support • Execute and track invoicing and payment activities • Check accounting records for accuracy and maintain organized financial documents • Conduct audits when necessary • Research and resolve financial discrepancies • Prepare financial reports for the team and leadership • Manage daily operations and provide high-level support to management • Manage calendars • Maintain contracts, collateral, financial documents, and travel expense records • Manage confidential records and files across multiple platforms • Support commercialization activities, pipelines, websites, and reporting • Create and pull reporting for internal teams and external stakeholders • Drive process improvements and standardization • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues • Foster continuous improvement and innovation within the team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting • 5+ years of relevant work experience • 3+ years proficient in using spreadsheets and accounting tools to produce key financial reports • Proficiency in MS Office Suite • Analytical skills to identify errors and discrepancies • Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong understanding of business process design, requirements gathering, and operational workflows • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through influence and collaboration • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
